This onsite contract role is ideal for speech-language pathologists who are dedicated to fostering growth and communication skills in a dynamic school-based environment. Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current and valid State Licensure
  • Active CTC credential
  • Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) welcomed
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in school-based settings or with PK through post-secondary ages is a plus
  • Commitment to working onsite; virtual/remote arrangements are not currently available

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for students’ speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation on students’ progress and services rendered
  • Attend meetings, professional development, and multidisciplinary team sessions as needed
  • Adapt and prioritize caseload needs as specific assignments are determined
  • Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages communication growth for all students
