Closed Loan Review Admin

Description:

Responsible for reviewing, auditing, and interacting with all participating Lenders to assure documents meet State, Investor, and Regulatory Requirements.

Essential Functions:

§ Review FHA, HECM, USDA And VA documentation for completion and accuracy.

§ Review signed loan documents for compliance with federal, state, and company laws and policies

§ Ensures that all closing packages meet the company standards for quality and accuracy

§ Corresponds with processors, underwriters, post closers, title companies and closing agents to obtain corrected/outstanding documentation

§ Prepare loan file for investor delivery

§ Obtains investor suspense conditions for loan purchase.

Skills and Qualifications:

§ 0-2 Years' Experience in an administrative Setting

§ Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills

§ Ability To Multitask and Must Be Organized

§ Experience With Microsoft Excel

§ This is an onsite position.
