Associate Attorney (Corporate, Business & Real Estate Transactions) | Seattle, WA
Robert Half Legal is partnering with a well-established and highly respected law firm in Seattle that is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its growing transactional practice. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with a variety of corporate and business transactions, including the preparation, review, and organization of agreements and related legal documents.
- Support merger and acquisition matters by conducting due diligence, managing transaction checklists, and coordinating closing deliverables.
- Draft and revise contracts, closing documents, ancillary agreements, and corporate governance materials.
- Participate in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing matters, and leasing activities.
- Review title reports, survey materials, and other real estate-related documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, lenders, title companies, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to facilitate successful transaction execution.
- Manage closing processes, monitor deadlines, track required filings, and ensure all transaction requirements are satisfied.
- Conduct legal research and prepare written analyses related to corporate, securities, and real estate matters.
- Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and partners on complex client matters while receiving direct mentorship and training.

• Juris Doctor degree and active license to practice law in WA
• 1 + years of experience handling transactional legal work in a law firm
• Working knowledge of corporate transactions, including due diligence, drafting, and closing process support.
• Experience assisting with real estate transactions, including contracts, title review, leases, or closing documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple matters at once and follow through on deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
