Qualifications:
- Current RBT Certification required
- Valid CPI Card (Crisis Prevention Intervention)
- Experience working with school-age children, K–12 preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Adaptability in dynamic educational settings
What You'll Do:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts
- Collect data and maintain accurate records for progress monitoring
- Support the social, academic, and emotional development of students
- Respond constructively to challenging behaviors
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other staff
- Uphold a safe, positive learning environment
- Maintain confidentiality and follow all relevant laws, policies, and codes of ethics
