Qualifications:

  • Active RBT Certification required
  • Current CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) Card
  • Previous experience in school environments or working with children strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with behavioral challenges, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Collect data and document student progress according to outlined strategies and school requirements
  • Collaborate with teachers, school counselors, and other professionals to provide cohesive, student-focused care
  • Adapt behavioral approaches to meet diverse needs across a range of K–12 ages
  • Utilize de-escalation techniques and promote a safe, supportive learning environment
