Jr. Systems Administrator

Our client is seeking a hands-on IT professional to provide advanced desktop support while assisting with the administration of core infrastructure systems. This role is 100% onsite and offers a mix of end-user support, systems administration, networking, and IT operations.

• Serve as the primary escalation point for desktop, hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Support Windows desktops, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, user accounts, and access management.
• Assist with Windows Server administration, backups, patching, system monitoring, and security initiatives.
• Support network infrastructure including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, wireless connectivity, and troubleshooting.
• Deploy and maintain IT hardware, software, and business applications.
• Partner with vendors, maintain documentation, and support infrastructure projects and upgrades.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of desktop support or infrastructure experience.
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, networking, and end-user systems.
• Exposure to virtualization, backup solutions, cybersecurity, and IT operations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
