Part Time Office Manager
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dependable Part Time Office Manager to support daily operations in our office. Note: the schedule for this role is Tuesday + Thursday 9AM - 5PM Onsite.

Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors, manage the front desk experience, and coordinate incoming deliveries while assisting with office access and badge-related needs.
• Prepare meeting spaces for internal gatherings by arranging conference rooms and ensuring they are ready for use throughout the day.
• Oversee day-to-day office organization by monitoring shared spaces, submitting facility-related requests, and helping maintain a clean and efficient environment.
• Track workplace supply levels, place orders as needed, and keep essential materials stocked for employees and visitors.
• Provide general administrative assistance, including light support with accounts payable tasks and routine office coordination.
• Support kitchen and common-area readiness by helping with coffee setup and other hospitality-related needs.
• Communicate effectively with employees, guests, and vendors to resolve questions and keep office operations moving without disruption.
• Use standard office tools such as Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams to coordinate schedules, messages, and basic administrative activities.
• Prior experience in office administration, front desk coordination, reception, or a similar workplace support role.• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a detail-oriented and confident presence.
• Excellent organizational abilities and a proactive approach to handling office needs before issues arise.
• Experience ordering, monitoring, and maintaining office supplies in a business setting.
• Familiarity with basic administrative processes, including exposure to accounts payable support.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams; basic comfort with Word and Excel is helpful.
• Ability to work effectively in an office environment and manage multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Interest in a part-time, long-term contract assignment with a consistent on-site presence.
