Resource Specialist Program (RSP) Teacher
Job Description
Spindle is partnering with a school district to hire a Resource Specialist Program (RSP) Teacher for a TK-12 campus (grade level flexible based on district need) for next school year.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide push-in and pull-out academic support for students on a mild/moderate caseload
Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in partnership with general education teachers
Monitor student progress and facilitate collaborative problem-solving with the school's student support team
Qualifications:
California Education Specialist Credential – Mild/Moderate
Experience in a Resource Specialist Program setting
Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and collaborative planning skills
