Hookah prepare

The Hookah Preparer plays a crucial role in ensuring a premium hookah experience by expertly setting up hookahs, preparing traditional charcoal, and maintaining equipment quality and cleanliness. This role operates within a small team of 1-3 people, reporting directly to the Shift Manager, with a focus on weekend and occasional weekday shifts, maintaining safety and hygiene standards throughout service.

Responsibilities

• Set up hookahs efficiently for service
• Prepare and manage traditional charcoal
• Select and arrange flavor options
• Clean and maintain hookah equipment regularly
• Perform quality control to ensure optimum product delivery
• Manage inventory related to hookah supplies
• Adhere to safety and hygiene compliance standards
