Shift Leader

The Shift Leader plays a crucial role in managing daily operations during a single shift to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient store performance. This position involves leading the team, overseeing inventory, handling cash, and maintaining compliance with company standards while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve conflicts effectively
• Manage inventory levels and oversee stock replenishment
• Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
• Train and mentor staff to maintain high performance standards
• Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
• Prepare reports on shift activities and operational metrics

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in retail or customer service
