Responsibilities:
Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism
Schedule appointments and manage client communications (phone, email)
Assist veterinarians and technicians during exams and treatments
Handle and restrain cats safely and gently
Prepare exam rooms and maintain cleanliness
Process invoices and payments accurately
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year in clinic veterinary assistant or technician experience required
Comfortable handling cats
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Proficient in administering injections, executing treatment plans, phlebotomy skill a plus
