Job Description

Job Description
Family Independence, Inc. | Greater Boston, MA | $58,000–$62,000/year

Family Independence, Inc. is a Greater Boston-area nonprofit dedicated to keeping families safe and together. Through our Safe & Stable program, we partner with the Department of Children and Families (DCF) to deliver in-home clinical therapy and motivational interviewing that helps families build the skills and stability they need to thrive.

We're hiring a Clinician / Clinical Therapist to provide direct clinical services to families and transition-aged youth throughout Greater Boston and surrounding communities. You'll conduct assessments, build treatment plans, and work hand-in-hand with a Therapeutic Mentor to help each family reach its goals.

Independent clinical licensure is not required — this is a strong fit for a clinically skilled, master's-level therapist who wants meaningful, hands-on family work without a large-agency caseload.
