Responsibilities:
- Conduct new patient consultations and present personalized treatment plans clearly and confidently
- Educate patients and families on orthodontic treatment options, timelines, and financial arrangements
- Coordinate patient scheduling, follow-ups, and case starts to ensure a seamless experience
- Manage financial agreements, insurance verification, and payment plan discussions
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation in practice management software
- Collaborate closely with orthodontists and clinical staff to support case progression
- Follow up with prospective patients to maximize treatment acceptance rates
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Treatment Coordinator or in a dental/orthodontic office setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset
- Ability to explain treatment plans and financial options in a clear, compassionate manner
- Familiarity with dental or orthodontic practice management software (e.g., Dolphin, Orthotrac)
- Experience with dental insurance verification and billing processes is a plus
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, professional demeanor with a genuine passion for patient care
