No previous experience is required. We provide the training, tools, and support to help you succeed.
What You’ll Do
As a Neighborhood Outreach Representative, you’ll work in residential communities speaking with homeowners about wildfire protection services and scheduling free consultations with our sales team.
Your responsibilities include:
- Canvassing assigned neighborhoods
- Starting conversations with homeowners
- Educating residents about wildfire protection
- Scheduling qualified appointments
- Tracking daily activity
- Working closely with the sales team to achieve weekly goals
Compensation
- Earn $75 for every qualified appointment
- Performance-based commissions on closed sales
- Monthly bonus opportunities
- Top performers can earn $1,000–$2,500+ per week
