Experienced School Age Teacher

We are seeking an Experienced School Age Teacher Full-Time And Part-Time to join our organization! This individual will plan and present age appropriate activities for children.

Responsibilities:

• Instruct School-Aged children in activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth
• Create a fun and safe learning environment
• Develop and execute lessons planned for the day
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents
• Communicate with parents on students' growth and progress
• Maintain the health and safety of all students
• Implement and organize field trips
• Create teams for sports, role model and engage
• Attend and participate during field trips. Must be willing to get into the water on swim trips.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields

• Passionate about working with children
• Ability to build rapport with children
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A minimum of five years managing a school age classroom
• Experience with sports and team building
• Must be able to drive a passenger van
