Job Description

Job Description

All Things Insurance was established in 2019 by Quin Bancalari to help our community make informed decisions about their insurance protection through honest guidance and industry expertise. You will work alongside a small team that values learning, steady growth, and a relaxed environment where you're trusted to manage your responsibilities without micromanagement. Every client conversation is centered on education and helping people choose the coverage that best fits their needs, even when that means recommending another option. People enjoy working here because they have the freedom to do their job well while working with teammates who value trust and respect.

As an Insurance Account Manager, you will build relationships with new and existing clients, recommend insurance solutions, and deliver outstanding service throughout the sales process. You'll handle quotes, policy changes, renewals, and follow-up. This opportunity offers hands-on training and the chance to help clients make confident insurance decisions without the pressure of high-pressure sales tactics.
