If you're passionate about helping others and want to grow professionally in a supportive, best-practice environment, we want you on our team.Why Choose Us:Person-Centered Care: We create custom rehabilitation plans tailored to each resident's unique goals and needsSkilled, Compassionate Team: Our staff are highly trained and dedicated to delivering high-quality, meaningful careInnovative, Supportive Environment: We use best practices and technology in a safe, collaborative setting to help residents thriveYour Role:The Midnight Medical Coordinator provides overnight support to the clinical operations across multiple locations, ensuring proper maintenance and sanitation of medical equipment, overseeing medical supplies, and providing support to person served care coordination.Duties and Responsibilities:Travel to designated locations within the Metro Detroit area to perform assigned dutiesOperate and maintain medical equipment and devices, including but not limited to CPAP machines, wheelchairs, and transfer belts, Hoyer liftClean and sanitize medical equipment and supplies according to established protocolsReview incoming prescriptions/scripts and distribute them accurately and promptlyEnsure proper use of wedges, educate staff on their application, and identify appropriate person served for wedge useMonitor and manage medical supply inventory; reorder as needed to maintain adequate stock levelsVerify person served appointments and assist with scheduling as necessaryProvide support in organizing and maintaining person served care documentationCollaborate with clinical and operations/residential teams to ensure compliance with safety and quality standardsMaintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and supply distributionRequirements:Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) requiredHigh school diploma/GEDKnowledge of medical equipment and devices operation and maintenance (CPAP, Wheelchairs, Transfer Belt, Hoyer Lift, etc.)Point Click Care (PCC) experience preferredStrong organizational and time-management skillsReliable transportation and ability to travel between multiple locations in Metro DetroitExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBasic understanding of infection control and cleaning protocols Join our team and make a real difference!
