Physical Therapist

Position: Physical Therapist

Salary Range: $44.00 - $50.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, 5 days a week with weekend rotation

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' medical history, physical condition, and functional abilities to determine the most effective treatment plan

- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the specific needs and goals of each patient

- Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities, such as exercises, manual therapy, and equipment, to help patients improve their strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination

- Monitor and document patients' progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate with other healthcare professionals involved in the patient's care

- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for exercises and activities to continue their progress at home

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and research in the field of physical therapy and incorporate them into practice

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient treatments and progress

- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of practice and maintain patient confidentiality

- Collaborate with other team members, such as occupational therapists, speech therapists, and physicians, to provide comprehensive care to patients

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution

- Current state license or eligibility to obtain a state license as a Physical Therapist

- CPR/BLS certification

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform job duties

- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required
