1st Shift Assembler - Production

Youll be part of a modern, climate-controlled production facility that manufactures high-quality power and energy systems for industrial applications.
The environment is clean, organized, and focused on teamwork, precision, and safety.
Assemblers work closely with engineers and production leads, using tools and diagrams to assemble electrical and mechanical components that meet exact specifications.
Standing for most of the shift, using hand and power tools, reading blueprints or work instructions, and occasionally lifting up to 40 lbs.
Assemble components and sub-assemblies according to technical drawings and specifications
Use hand tools, torque wrenches, and small power tools to complete builds accurately and efficiently
Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy and quality standards
Identify and report defects or issues in parts or assembly steps
Follow detailed written instructions, diagrams, and work orders
Support production goals by ensuring tasks are completed on schedule
Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production (mechanical or electrical preferred)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, or wiring diagrams
Familiarity with hand tools, measuring devices, and small power equipment
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
Team-oriented attitude with good communication and dependability
High school diploma or equivalent required
