The Orchards at Southgate is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Occupational Therapist to join our team. Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy services to our patients in a Geriatric setting
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote functional ability and independence
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care delivery
Conduct assessments, evaluations, and interventions as needed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care
Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
0 years of experience or recent graduate
SNF/LTC experience preferred

Familiarity with Net Health and PCC systems an asset
