Schedule: Hybrid

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000/year

What You'll Do

• Defend clients in complex civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Represent clients in state and federal courts, mediations, and arbitration proceedings
• Develop litigation strategies that align with client objectives
• Conduct legal research, case analysis, and prepare legal documents
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive and effective legal counsel
• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas to deliver outstanding legal services
• Support the firm's continued growth and expansion throughout South Carolina

What You Bring

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active admission to the South Carolina Bar
• Admission to the Federal District Court of South Carolina is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of civil defense litigation experience
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and collaboration abilities
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
