Job Description
Every device you touch supports patient care. In this role, you’ll combine careful assembly, targeted troubleshooting, and thorough documentation to uphold quality and regulatory standards on our production floor.
Your impact- Execute established procedures to restore medical pumps to their intended specification and performance.
- Diagnose issues at the component level and apply effective fixes using a range of small hand tools.
- Contribute to repair, production, and restock activities; complete all associated compliance paperwork.
- Keen eye for identifying miniature electronic parts by markings.
- Collaborative mindset; resilient under shifting production priorities and deadlines.
- Comfort with written work instructions and deviation processes when appropriate.
- Works independently with limited supervision; demonstrates strong judgment, positivity, and initiative.
- Motivation to learn procedures and read/interpret drawings.
- Basic computer skills and accurate data entry.
- Ability to keep pace with a fast-moving environment and meet daily goals.
- Manual calculation skills for simple math.
- Proficient written and verbal English.
- Visual inspection capability to detect particulates/foreign matter and differentiate colors in line with FDA cGMP requirements.
- Hands-on mechanical or electrical repair background in a manufacturing setting.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee:
• Must be able to sit or stand for most of the work day.
• Must have good hand to eye coordination and dexterity
• Physical Requirements: Dynamic Lifting capability: Must have the ability to lift and carry 15 pounds from floor to shoulder and lift 2 pounds from shoulder to overhead. Must also have the capability to push and pull a maximum force of 6 pounds.
EducationAccredited High School Diploma or GED required.
HoursFull-time schedule: Monday–Thursday, 05:30am–04:00pm, with occasional mandatory Friday overtime.
