Maintenance Director
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to oversee day-to-day building and equipment maintenance operations.
This role is responsible for managing preventative maintenance, coordinating repairs, supervising vendors, and supporting overall facility operations.
Key responsibilities
Oversee routine and preventative maintenance
Troubleshoot building systems and equipment issues
Coordinate HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work
Maintain compliance with safety standards
Supervise maintenance staff and vendors
Respond to maintenance issues as needed
Requirements
HVAC certification required
Plumbing experience preferred
Electrical experience preferred
Prior leadership or supervisory experience
Strong working knowledge of building systems
Reliable, organized, and hands-on
