All About Kids, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team of experienced professionals. As a Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you will be responsible for providing exceptional speech therapy services to children with developmental delays.
About the Role:
As a Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) at All About Kids, Inc., you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of children, from early intervention to school age, and make a meaningful impact on their lives. Our comprehensive services include evaluations, individual and group therapy sessions, consultations, and service coordination, all designed to address the unique needs of each child. As a valued member of our team, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess communication skills and identify areas of need
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language disorders
Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to children with varying communication needs
Collaborate with families, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and effective treatment
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and therapy sessions
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and industry developments
Compensation
$80 - $90 per hour for Clinical Fellows / $110 - $135 per hour for Licensed Speech Therapists
Potential annual compensation range up to $125,000
