Physical Therapist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients of all ages to help them recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and improve their overall physical well-being. This position offers a competitive salary range of $43 to $48 per hour, with a 35-hour work week, Monday through Friday schedule, and no weekend rotations.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations

- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals

- Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities to help patients improve their physical function and reduce pain

- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for managing their condition and preventing future injuries

- Monitor and document patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients

- Stay current on advancements and best practices in physical therapy through continuing education and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

- Active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting

- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Willingness to adapt to changing patient needs and treatment plans

- Dedication to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients
