Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) – Fairview Skilled Rehab
Position Summary:
Fairview Skilled Rehab is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) to provide high-quality rehabilitative care under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
Responsibilities:
Implement occupational therapy treatment plans.
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Document resident progress accurately.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
Maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
Current New York State OTA/COTA license.
Skilled nursing experience preferred; new graduates welcome.
