What you'll handle

• Operate production line machinery to meet schedule and quality targets.
• Perform final finishing on products to exact specifications.
• Complete repetitive assembly of critical parts where accuracy, speed, and efficiency are essential to success.
• Monitor the production process and address minor issues to keep work flowing.
• Conduct basic quality inspections and functional tests.
• Prepare and package finished goods for shipment.
• Keep your workstation, tools, and equipment organized and maintained.

What you bring

• 2+ years of hands-on production and/or assembly experience.
• Comfort operating industrial equipment (experience a plus).
• High school diploma.
• Clear, respectful communication and a positive attitude.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Eagerness to learn and improve.
