Responsibilities:
Understand and operate within the LPN Scope of Practice.
Maintain familiarity with resident records and documents in resident records as required.
Evaluate health emergencies and determine emergency medical measures to be taken regarding resident care according to state regulations.
Assist with activities of daily living, environmental orientation, administration of medication, treatments and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations.
Provide services as indicated on resident care plans.
Demonstrates knowledge of and follow infection control and safety procedures.
Attend facility in-services
Additional duties as assigned.
