Shifts Available:
- 1st shift- 5:00am - 1:30pm
- 2nd shift - 1:30pm to 10:00pm

This Grinder role is a hands-on machining position responsible for operating grinding equipment to produce precision components. You will ensure parts meet tight tolerances and quality standards while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Job Duties:
- Perform precision grinding operations including surface, OD, and ID grinding.
- Maintain tight tolerances up to ±0.0001 per specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T requirements.
- Perform first piece inspections and complete quality documentation.
- Use inspection tools including micrometers, gauges, and optical measuring equipment.
- Operate hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
- Perform basic preventive maintenance and follow 5S practices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2 years of machining or grinding experience.
- Ability to hold tight tolerances and read technical drawings.
- Experience with inspection and measuring equipment preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
