Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including vital sign checks, wound care, and bedside care
Support residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing team
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and progress

Requirements:
Active CNA certification in the state of Texas
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift and move residents as needed
