Collaborative Therapies is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing school-based team. If you're passionate about helping students develop communication skills that support academic achievement, social success, and lifelong confidence, we'd love to meet you. As a School-Based SLP, you'll collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality speech and language services that make a lasting difference in students' lives.


What You'll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations for students.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation, progress reports, and Medicaid billing (where applicable).
  • Develop, monitor, and update IEP goals and service recommendations.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers.
  • Provide consultation and classroom support to promote student success.
  • Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations.


Applicants must have:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current state Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligibility for licensure).
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, or Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply if applicable.
  • Department of Education certification or eligibility, if required by the school district.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting.
  • Knowledge of IDEA, IEP development, and special education procedures.
  • Experience working with students across a variety of communication disorders.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for helping children reach their full potential.
