We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Oasis at the Conch Republic. As an LPN with our organization, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, while also promoting a positive and engaging environment.

LPN Responsibilities:

• Providing direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital signs monitoring

• Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team

• Maintaining accurate and timely records of resident care, including progress notes and incident reports

• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding

• Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents and families

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the state of Florida
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred
