Physical Therapist
Job Description
We are seeking compassionate and skilled Physical Therapists to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will assess, plan, and implement individualized rehabilitation programs designed to improve mobility, reduce pain, increase strength, and restore function. This role includes close collaboration with our Pain Management Department to ensure comprehensive patient care and outstanding treatment outcomes.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.

Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including:
Therapeutic exercise
Manual therapy
Electrical stimulation
Ultrasound therapy
Heat and cold modalities
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention.
Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and treatment records.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, pain management specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
Monitor patient progress through ongoing reassessments and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
Adhere to all ethical, legal, and professional standards of physical therapy practice.
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy.
Current New York State Physical Therapist License.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Patient-focused and compassionate approach to care.
CPR/BLS Certification.
Ability to assist patients with mobility and transfers.
Ability to lift and carry therapy equipment.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform therapy techniques for extended periods.
