About This Role

Mastercraft Electric, Inc. is seeking motivated EL06 Journeyman Electricians who is ready to grow their career while working on some of the most recognizable and impactful projects in the Puget Sound region. If you take pride in leading crews, delivering quality work, and being part of a fun, loyal, and professional team, this role is for you.

The EL06 Lead/Foreman Electrician will play a key leadership role on a wide variety of commercial low voltage projects across both public and private sectors.


What We Are Looking For

  • EL06 Electrical License (Required)
  • Valid driver’s license (Required)
  • 2+ years of low voltage electrical experience (Required)
  • Strong knowledge of NEC, local electrical codes, and industry best practices
  • Experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting low voltage electrical systems, including data and fiber, access controls, security/intrusion detection, surveillance, and more
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to safety with a strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safe work practices


What You Will Do

  • Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot low voltage electrical systems
  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical diagrams to complete projects accurately
  • Mentor and support apprentices by providing guidance, training, and quality workmanship standards
  • Coordinate effectively with project managers, general contractors, customers, etc. throughout each project
  • Complete required documentation, such as daily reports, safety meeting documentation, and progress updates

Compensation

  • $45.00 – $50.00 per hour, based on experience


Schedule

  • Monday – Friday
  • 8–10-hour shifts
  • Consistent, reliable work hours
