Job Summary:

We're seeking dedicated and compassionate HHAs or CNAs to join our team at Care Connect at Home, a family-owned home care agency committed to providing personalized support to seniors and adults in need of extra care in Boca Raton, Florida. As a compassionate and professional HHA Caregiver, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with daily living activities, providing emotional support, and helping them maintain their independence in the comfort of their own home.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Help with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation, including assisting with Hoyer Lifts, if needed

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

• Assist with meal prep and feeding

• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, tidying, and dishes

• Follow personalized care plans and report any changes in client condition to our team

Requirements:

• Florida HHA certificate or CNA license

• CPR certification

• Current TB test

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Ability to pass a Level II background check

• Dependable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
