Occupational Therapist (OT) – PRNAscend Home Health | Southern IdahoAscend Home Health is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team on a PRN basis serving patients throughout Southern Idaho.This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping patients regain independence, improve daily functioning, and safely remain in the comfort of their homes.Responsibilities:Evaluate and treat patients in their homes according to physician orders and plan of careDevelop individualized therapy treatment plans focused on improving daily living skills and independenceEducate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques, safety, and adaptive equipmentCollaborate with nurses, therapists, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care teamComplete timely and accurate documentationQualifications:Current Occupational Therapist license requiredHome health experience preferred, but not requiredStrong communication and organizational skillsCompassionate, dependable, and patient-focusedValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance requiredPosition Details:PRN / Flexible schedulingCoverage area throughout Southern IdahoCompetitive pay per visit DOE (depending on experience)At Ascend, we are committed to providing compassionate, personalized care while supporting our employees with a positive and collaborative work environment.If you are passionate about helping patients improve quality of life and maintain independence at home, we would love to hear from you!Employment is contingent upon the results of a mandatory background screening and proof of licensure when applicable.
