This role offers the chance to join a collaborative and experienced rehab team treating a wide variety of patients and conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out individualized treatment plans developed by supervising PTs
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, functional activities, and mobility training
- Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment
- Educate patients and families on exercises and proper techniques
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional therapy environment
- Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver exceptional patient care
Qualifications:
- Valid PTA license in Massachusetts
- Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior outpatient experience preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply!
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly pay: $32–$38/hour (commensurate with experience)
