Responsibilities:

• Treat under supervision of Occupational Therapists: Work closely with licensed occupational therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for residents, focusing on improving cognitive and motor skills, and enhancing daily living activities.

• Implement Treatment Plans: Implement treatment plans, providing residents with opportunities to practice and generalize skills learned in therapy sessions.

• Document Progress: Accurately document resident progress, including treatment plans, evaluations, and daily notes.

• Collaborate with Team Members: Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals, family members, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive care and support.
