Experienced Litigation Paralegal

We are a premier boutique law firm based in Los Angeles and in search of a reliable, friendly, and organized Litigation Paralegal for a full-time role. We are seeking a paralegal who has an interest in advancing their career with artificial intelligence. Our firm specializes in civil nuisance enforcement, commercial litigation, premises liability/personal injury defense, employment, and intellectual property litigation in federal and state courts. This opportunity includes full-time work with benefits. Working remotely part-time is acceptable. The ideal candidate needs to be open to using technology and artificial intelligence daily.

Compensation:

$70,000 - $90,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and manage lawyers' calendars

  • Gather evidence and create preliminary drafts of documents such as discovery, subpoenas, notices of deposition, etc.

  • Prepare and submit court documents electronically in state and federal court

  • Analyze applicable law and conduct legal research

  • Document review

  • Assist attorneys in preparing for trials and offering support during hearings


Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of recent litigation experience in state and federal court

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Certified paralegal or demonstrated expertise in the role

  • Skilled in calendaring, discovery, online court filings, legal research, and trial preparation
