Experienced Frac Tech Shop Lead

Hiring: Experienced Frac Technician (Supervisor or Shop Lead) Located: Shreveport, Louisiana Company: Resource Energy Equipment REE is seeking a well-seasoned Frac Technician to join our team in Shreveport, LA. We have our sights set for a skilled professional with strong diagnostic abilities and hands-on experience working on Frac equipment. Qualifications:• Extensive experience with CAT Tier 2, Tier 4, MTU4000, and CUMMINS engines• Strong knowledge of power ends (GD, SPM, Valvetech, etc.)• Experience with transmissions (CAT, Twindisc, Allison, etc.)• Proficient in electronic controls (MDT, CAT, etc.)• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems Responsibilities:• Servicing and maintaining rental equipment to ensure proper operating conditions• Supporting customers to keep their equipment in full utilization• Willing to travel as needed• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork Schedule:• Full-Time • Monday – Friday (weekends as needed)• Able to travel is required What We Offer:• Competitive pay (based on experience)• Full medical & dental benefits• Paid 40 hours vacation and 24 hours personal time after 120-day probationary period• Long-term, stable opportunity• CAT certified training If you're an experienced Frac Technician looking for your next move, we want to connect.
