WHAT OUR EMPLOYEES DO:
Install and repair new and existing plumbing fixtures, drain lines and accessories
Inspect equipment for proper lubrication and perform other preventative maintenance duties as needed
Perform installation and repair of ceiling tiles, wall coverings, vinyl tile, carpet, cove base, window blinds, signage, etc
Perform minor leak repairs to roof, window, and fountains
Perform preventive maintenance, installation and repair of water pipes, controls, HVAC, and associated equipment.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a maintenance technician or mechanic in a manufacturing environment, building maintenance, or industrial equipment repair operation.
Associates degree in technical discipline a plus
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Able to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and plumbing systems
