We are seeking experienced, dependable maintenance professionals to assist with commercial and facility maintenance projects on an as-needed basis. We are building a network of skilled tradespeople for ongoing and emergency work.

We Are Looking For Experience In:

• Commercial & Residential Plumbing

• Electrical Repairs & Installations

• HVAC Service & Repairs

• Carpentry

• Drywall, Painting & Finishing

• Welding & Fabrication

• General Building Maintenance

• Equipment Repair

• Other Skilled Trades

Position Details:

• Per diem / as-needed work

• Flexible scheduling

• Hourly pay at an agreed-upon rate or project-based pricing

• Opportunities for recurring work

• Must provide your own basic hand tools (specialty tools are a plus)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in your trade

• Ability to work independently and complete quality repairs

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Reliable transportation

• Professional, dependable, and safety-conscious

• Licensed or certified tradesmen encouraged to apply (where applicable)
