Pay: $36.00-$55.00/hourly

• Full-time, permanent position
  
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
  
• Setting: Pediatrics
  
• Physical Therapist provides services to referred patients, including assessment, treatment plan development and implementation with follow-up and discharge planning
  
• Collaborates effectively with other providers and staff and actively assists with department development, operations, and Performance Improvement activities
  

Physical Therapist Requirements:

• Active Physical Therapist license
  
• 2+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist required
  
• Pediatric experience required
