Compensation Structure
- Salary Range: 85,000 - 120,000
- Start of Care (SOC): 2.0 Units
- Evaluation / Re-Evaluation / Recertification / Resumption of Care: 1.5 Units
- Routine Visit: 1.0 Unit
- OASIS Discharge: $65

Responsibilities
- Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver skilled physical therapy services in patients' homes
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Complete documentation accurately and timely in WellSky (Kinnser)
Qualifications
- Active Florida Physical Therapist License
- Current CPR Certification
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently
- Patient-focused and compassionate approach to care
- Home health experience preferred, but not required
Home health offers clinicians the flexibility to build schedules that align with their personal and financial goals while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
What to Expect
Our full-time clinicians are typically scheduled around 30 units per week, providing the opportunity for a consistent caseload and predictable earnings. We also provide a 24-unit weekly guarantee for full-time clinicians who are available to work their scheduled five-day workweek.
