Maintenance Technician - Second Shift

About the job:
The Maintenance Technician performs preventative maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical equipment and systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation across the facility.
We’re looking for someone who:
%CF; Has a high school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is preferred
%CF; Brings 2–3 years of mechanical maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
%CF; Can read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
%CF; Demonstrates strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
%CF; Understands and adheres to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout
%CF; Communicates clearly and documents work accurately
%CF; Has the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, climb, and perform hands-on mechanical work
%CF; Works well independently and as part of a team, and is open to overtime or weekend work when needed
%CF; (Preferred) Has experience with PSM programs, millwrighting, machining, pipefitting, or welding
What you’ll do:
%CF; Perform routine preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs on mechanical equipment and machinery
%CF; Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical malfunctions using appropriate tools and techniques
%CF; Repair or replace pumps, motors, conveyors, valves, and other mechanical components
%CF; Install and commission new equipment and machinery
%CF; Maintain accurate maintenance records in the CMMS
%CF; Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout, and support compliance with PSM requirements
%CF; Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to coordinate repairs and improve equipment reliability
%CF; Assist in training and mentoring less experienced team members
%CF; Support development and execution of maintenance plans and preventive maintenance schedules
%CF; Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
