The HVAC Journeyman plays a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The role requires both technical expertise and strong teamwork to keep HVAC systems running efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems following blueprints and specifications
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical HVAC issues
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Test equipment to verify functionality and performance
• Document all service and repair activities accurately
• Collaborate effectively with team members to complete projects
• Manage tools and equipment to maintain operational efficiency
• Provide high-quality customer service and support

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair
• Proficient in HVAC system installation and preventive maintenance
• Skilled in troubleshooting HVAC systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
• Strong customer service skills
