Apartment Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician (super) plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of apartment facilities. This role focuses on routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and tenant communications, covering all apartment systems including plumbing and electrical and unit turns. Occasional on-call work during nights and weekends is expected to maintain high standards of living and safety for residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment repairs and routine upkeep of apartment facilities
• Troubleshoot issues and execute preventive maintenance tasks
• Respond to emergency repairs promptly
• Communicate effectively with tenants regarding maintenance activities
• Manage unit turns efficiently to prepare apartments for new residents

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in facility maintenance
• Valid driver's license

• Experience with HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems
