Fork Lift Reach Operator

Job Summary:
The Reach Truck Forklift Operator is responsible for operating a reach truck to load, unload, move, stack, and organize materials throughout the warehouse. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and productivity while supporting daily warehouse operations.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a reach truck forklift to move products throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload trailers and delivery trucks.
• Pick, stage, and transport customer orders accurately.
• Store and retrieve pallets from high racking systems.
• Use RF scanners or warehouse management systems to track inventory.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts.
• Follow OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of recent reach truck forklift experience.
• Forklift certification or ability to become certified.
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
