Location: Haverhill, MA
Schedule: ~26 hours/week (Monday-Thursday 7:30 AM - 2 PM OR 5 PM - 10:30 PM)
Type: Part-Time W/ Full-Time Benefits
Experience Level: HVAC Technician with 3+ years' experience
Teaching Experience Required: No

What You’ll Do:
  • Teach hands-on and classroom-based sessions in the HVAC/R Technician program

  • Demonstrate tools, techniques, and procedures aligned with industry standards

  • Evaluate student progress, provide feedback, and track attendance

  • Maintain equipment and support a safe, clean training space

  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with fellow instructors


What You’ll Need:
  • At least 3 years of HVAC/R experience

  • Strong communication skills and a desire to mentor others

  • Dependability, professionalism, and patience

  • A genuine interest in helping students succeed in the trades
