Commercial Litigation Attorney

Are you a litigation attorney who enjoys tackling complex commercial disputes and cutting through challenging entertainment related issues? Our client, a well-regarded full-service business law firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its Los Angeles office.

What You Will Do

• Handle a mix of commercial and entertainment (~25% of work) litigation

• Draft law & motion

• Discovery

• Take and defend depositions

• Handle appearances

• Trial preparation

What You’ll Need:

• 2+ years of civil litigation experience as a licensed California Attorney, with some of that experience in commercial litigation

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
